1953 Yearbook

This is a digital version of the 1953 Yearbook published by
the 15th Infantry during the Korean War

The original Yearbook measures 12” X 9”.  The cover is black with gold letters.  I made some typographic modifications to the original text.  Some page formatting changes were made to accommodate size reduction to 8½” X 11”.  These changes, however, are minor.  The information is the same in the digital version as the original paper version. This digital version of the 1953 Yearbook was created to perpetuate the history of our Regiment.  Special thanks to Doug Schafer of HQ, 2nd Battalion for loaning his copy of the Yearbook for reproduction.  Special thanks, also, to John Burke of G Company for the inspiration to digitize all Regimental texts in order to ensure continuing access to material related to our Regiment.

You need Adobe Reader and a high speed connection to download and view the Yearbook pages.
